the breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was gorgeous the food was wonderful. staff members were really warm and friendly they provided good recommendations. the ability to go for coffee in reception was a plus snacks were provided.
i was disappointed with the cleaning of the room upon arrival the toilet was dirty. they placed small pieces of chocolate on the table i assumed they were free. i was charged four eur for these when leaving.

my room smelled strongly of fried food. it must have been something to do with the ventilation. all of my clothes smelled of fried food afterwards. the air conditioning was also hard to work.

the staff really took the time to help us plan our stay. they even set up reservations for us, i think this is great. home facilities are amazing and the location is really unbeatable.
I noticed a slight issue with maintenance. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. The room included a minibar with complimentary soft drinks, this was amazing! The blackout curtains ensured restful sleep.

The location is indeed excellent. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful.
The room I had was rather small. It barely allowed for opening a suitcase. The shower flooded each time I used it, and the hot water ran out rather quickly. The air conditioner also made an annoying noise.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the free coffee and treats at reception. It was a nice touch. the location is superb and i found all the main sights walkable.
the air conditioner made a slight, but noticeable, annoying noise at night.
